Last updated: May 28, 2026

By accessing or using our website or services, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing or requesting a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our website or services. By using our website or services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Our Services

Precision Peptide Company may provide access to information, products, ordering tools, customer support, and related services through our website.

Our current product offerings may include Compounded Tirzepatide and NAD+ Injection, subject to availability, eligibility, prescription requirements, provider approval where applicable, pharmacy fulfillment requirements, and applicable law.

Product availability may vary by location and may change at any time.

3. Medical and Prescription Disclaimer

Content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If prescription products are offered, they require review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider where required by law. Submitting information or placing an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or that a product will be dispensed.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. FDA-approved medicines containing tirzepatide are available.

Do not use our website or services for emergency medical needs. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. No Provider-Patient Relationship With Us

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Precision Peptide Company is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or emergency medical provider. Any medical care, diagnosis, prescribing decision, or pharmacy fulfillment may be provided by independent licensed healthcare providers or licensed pharmacies.

Those providers and pharmacies are responsible for their own professional judgment, services, licensing, and compliance obligations.

5. Account Registration

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe there has been misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, legal noncompliance, or violation of these Terms.

6. Orders, Payments, and Billing

By submitting an order or payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable products, services, shipping, taxes, and fees.

All payment information must be accurate and current. We may decline or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, prescription or eligibility issues, payment failure, regulatory restrictions, or errors in pricing or product information.

If recurring billing or subscriptions are offered, the applicable billing terms will be disclosed at checkout or in your account. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by the refund policy or checkout terms provided at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

Certain prescription, compounded, refrigerated, personalized, or shipped products may not be eligible for return or refund once processed, dispensed, shipped, or delivered.

8. Electronic Communications and SMS

By using our website or services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, account notices, transactional messages, order updates, and policy updates.

If you opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

You may still receive non-marketing transactional or service-related messages where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, products, or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
